Do it Yourself Pop-Up Card

Now this one is super sweet, and I was lucky enough to have an enthusiastic  little boy to help me. He found my version a bit too sweet to his taste, and made a more simple  version, on Photoshop, all by himself, with a big smile.

It's good enough that I can share it with you! 

We spent a nice afternoon building these pop-up cards, and I hope you will have fun too. They are very easy to make, a ten years old can do it by himself. 
Click on the pictures  to download not one, but two 3 pages long printables. One has the explanations in French ( mine) and the other in English (Le Bu's). I wrote the English explanations, so it's not as good as if my son wrote them, but hey, tomorrow is a school day and he had to go to bed early.

 
I added a few kitten tracks in the snow in his card, a little nod to his new kitten that I know he will find cute, and created a card cover, simpler design too, and I hope in colors he will like. We already made his version but I'm sure he will want to do it again!

La version Française est plus sucrée, pour celle de mes amies qui se reconnaîtra et qui a demandé une maison en pain d'épice. Je ferais plus tard une version à colorier pour qu'elle puisse ( et vous aussi) la faire à sa façon si elle veut.
