Ca me desespere toujours quand je rale sur les copyrights : ceux qui me pillent continuent a me piller, par contre ceux qui ne font de mal a personne sont super inquiets...J'ai recu plein d'emails de gens adorables qui se demandent si ils n'ont pas fait de betises. Et en general non, pas du tout, z'etes cromimi les gens.

Donc ;
-si vous avez une des mes images en fond d'ecran (mais que vous ne la redistribuez pas)

-ou que vous l'avez imprimee pour mettre ici ou la chez vous ( mais que vous ne vendez pas des posters), ben oui vous pouvez y aller pas de soucis...

-Pour faire un lien vers chez moi, pas besoin de demander. Si j'ai le courage je vous ferais meme des icones avec code.

Voila. Je remercie encore les gens inquiets trop mignons qui m'ont envoyes des emails pour savoir ci ou ca. Ca me touche beaucoup. D'ailleurs aujourd'hui c'est fond d'ecran special pour Damia qui etait inquiete:

I got a lot of emails about copyrights. Each time I talk about it, very nice people are worried to do wrong, and those who do wrong continue doing wrong anyway.

Here's and update:

-you can use my pictures as computer backgrounds ( here's one if you like blue). As long as you don't redistribute them it's really OK.

-If you printed one of my pictures to put in your cubicle, it's fine, as long as you don't sell it or redistribute it.

-you don't need to ask to put a link on your website . Someday I'll post icons with code , but today I'm lazy.

This, with a big hug to my readers who wrote worried emails. You are fine, and sweet, and I apologize if I worried you!

There is far too many people who think that if my pictures are online it means that they can do anything with them. 
Once again : it's ok  to link to my blog, write an article about it and show pictures, but
-You are not allowed to use my pictures to sell things ( especially home made jewelry. I don't know what's wrong with you people who do homemade jewelry, but the only person who has the right to use my pictures to sell jewelry is my dear friend Hortense )
-You are not allowed to use my pictures to illustrate one of your post , even with a copyright and a link, except if you asked before doing it and I said "oh yes please do it".
-You are not allowed to do objects inspired from my designs and illustrations. No fabrics, no toys no nothing.
-You are not allowed to redistribute my freebies. Put a link instead.

You are allowed to use my pictures for personal use only:
-If  write an article about the Non dairy Diary and it and want to show pictures. Please be kind enough to tell me so I can say " How kind of you thank you very much indeed", and don't forget to put a link and a copyright on your website.
-If it's specified in the post, if it's in the freebie section.
-If you take care of young children ( Moms, Dads, teachers...) and want to use them for your non-commercial website. Please ask first, and don't forget to put a link and a copyright on your website.

Due to new Photoshop setups, these are far more saturated than the original image I created in Apple RGB 1998 mode.Of course I can keep the ICC profile but still, not all the browsers respects profiles. Do I sound that badly geeky?  I'd like to make a little bunny book for my baby from these pictures and more. Going from editorial to web is less and less easy.

Dus à de nouveaux reglagles dans Photoshop, ces lapins-ci sont bien plus saturés que les images originales que j'ai créées en mode Apple RGB 1998. Je peux preserver le profil ICC mais bon, tous les navigateurs ne respectent pas les profils ICC. Est-ce que je sonne super geek quand je dis ca ? Je voudrais faire un petit livre pour mon bébé à partir de ces images et de plus. Passer de l'éditorial au Web est de moins en moins facile.

Le coup de fil d'une copine m'a rappelle cette image faite il y a plusieurs annees pour ma CC (cousine cherie), j'ai un peu change les couleurs pour l'adapter a certaine personne qui se reconnaitra.
