silver lining notebook

Voilà plusieurs années que je mets tous mes carnets de coté pour les montrer à  mon ange préféré. Le truc c'est que maintenant ça fait plus de dix ans, et que je dois bien  avoir une caisse pleine de carnets très très lourds...Il va falloir que mon ange préféré prenne l'avion, en attendant, j'ai cherché des solutions virtuelles. Ce n'est pas facile du tout! Tout d'abord il fallait scanner l'objet. Un carnet c'est plus de cents pages, ça fait une dizaine d'heures de boulot...Gloups. Donc j'avais laissé un peu tomber...pendant 5 ans! 

 Et puis j'ai trouvé une compagnie qui propose des carnets et un service de numérisation: Mod Notebooks . Et en même temps, j'ai découvert qu'ISSUU a maintenant un service gratuit de publication, avec possibilité d'intégrer le code à mon blog... Le progrès avait, enfin, rejoint mes idées !  Donc j'ai acheté le carnet Mod Notebook et je me suis mise au travail. 

Je partage ici le résultat...J'ai supprimé les pages de gribouillis, ou d'idées de livres ( je les garde pour le moment). J'ai gardé, en souvenir, une page du Bu, qui parfois oublie son carnet et a absolument besoin de dessiner un vaisseau spatial. Et surtout, comme ce n'est pas mon papier habituel, je me suis retrouvée avec un papier qui transperce...Au début cela m'a terriblement agacée, et puis j'ai trouvé des feutres dont l'encre passait au travers de la page et d'autres pas. Si vous regardez bien, certains designs sont en fait la suite de la page précédente, dont l'encre a transpercé, et que j'ai retravaillé. J'ai fini par jouer avec ça, et comme je me suis beaucoup amusée, je vais continuer.

Several years ago I began to put all my sketchbooks aside. I wanted to show them one day  to my favorite angel.  It's been over ten years now, and I have a big box full of books ... my angel will have to take an airplane to read them. Until then, I sought virtual solutions. It's not easy at all!

First, I had to scan all the pages. A book is made of more than a hundred pages, it's ten hours of work ... Sorry but no... So I left a the project aside. And then I found a company that offers books and scanning service: Mod Notebooks. At the same time, I discovered that ISSUU offers free publishing services with  publications embeded on my blog ... I had the tools for my dream! So I bought the Mod Notebook and I got  to work. I wanted to have, at least and at last, a sketchbook I could share completely with my friends.

Here is the result ... I deleted the pages of scribbles, or idea for future books (I keep them for myself for the moment). I kept in the virtual version a page of Le Bu (7), who sometimes forgets his notebook and absolutely needs to draw a spaceship. Above all, as this is not my usual paper, I found myself with my markers ink bleeding through the paper ... At first it annoyed me terribly, and then I found markers that bled and others not. If you look for it, you will see that  some designs are actually the result of the bleeding of the previous page,  reworked. I ended up playing with it, and as I had a lot of fun, I will continue. It's the silver lining notebook.
